STPs are mandatory for larger residential projects, and the ones that fail are the ones nobody planned to run. We design society STPs that are easy to operate, cheap to run, odour-free — and we offer AMC so the committee never has to become plant operators.
UDCPR Maharashtra and most municipal by-laws require an on-site STP for residential projects above a threshold (commonly 20,000 m² built-up or a set number of tenements), with treated water reused for flushing and gardening. Sewage is ~85 % of water supplied (about 110–135 L/person/day); loads are steady but the plant is often in a basement, run by a housekeeping contractor, and judged by odour and electricity bill.
Sampling plan and inlet characterisation → process design (PFD, P&ID, sizing, BOQ) → supply, erection and commissioning → biological stabilisation → handover with O&M manual and training → AMC if you want us to stay. We also audit and upgrade plants built by others.
Sewage ≈ 85 % of water consumption, about 110–135 L per person per day. A 200-flat society (~900 people) needs roughly 100 KLD. Use our STP sizing calculator or send occupancy.
Usually yes. A two-week audit tells us whether it is a media/diffuser/blower issue, hydraulics, or operation; most revivals cost far less than a new plant.
Depends on size and visit frequency; for a 50–150 KLD society STP, AMC with operator visits, chemicals and testing is typically a modest per-flat monthly figure. We quote after seeing the plant.
