EPC contracting

Turnkey water and wastewater plants under one contract — we design it, procure it, build it, commission it and guarantee its performance.

Discuss this scope

Scope — ETP, STP, WTP, RO/UF/DM plants and oil & gas utility systems as packaged skids or site-built plants.
Design — Process, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation engineering in-house.
Procurement — Vendor qualification, technical bid evaluation, inspection and expediting of pumps, blowers, membranes, resins, instruments and fabrication.
Construction — Site supervision, mechanical and piping erection, E&I coordination, hydrotest and flushing.
Commissioning — Loop checks, pre-commissioning, seeding, stabilisation, performance guarantee test with third-party sampling.
Handover — As-built drawings, O&M manuals, operator training, defect-liability support.

Operation & maintenance

Plants fail for want of attention, not design. We run them — with trained people, a written SOP and a monthly report to management.

O&M contract options

Manpower — Shift operators, chemists, electricians, fitters and supervisors sized to the plant.
Process control — Daily jar tests, MLSS/SVI, dosing optimisation, aeration and sludge-age control.
Laboratory and compliance — Inlet/outlet testing, PCB returns, consent-condition tracking, online-monitoring upkeep.
Maintenance — Preventive schedules for pumps, blowers, dosing systems, membranes and instruments; spares planning.
Troubleshooting — Root-cause analysis for odour, foaming, bulking, poor outlet, membrane fouling; retrofit proposals.
Reporting — Monthly performance report — flows, quality trends, chemical and power consumption, incidents.

Design engineering

Detailed engineering that a contractor can build from and an owner can maintain — for our own plants and as a service to EPC companies and consultants.

Process — Mass balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, interlock and control philosophy.
Layout and 3D — Equipment layout, 3D plant model, clash checks and walkthrough reviews.
Piping — GA drawings, isometrics, supports, piping material specification, valve and line lists.
Civil and structural interface — Tank sizing, load data, foundation and embedment drawings.
