A treatment plant is only as good as the shift that runs it. We operate plants to their design outlet — with the people, chemicals, testing and paperwork that compliance needs. Also offered as an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for STPs and ETPs anywhere in India.
Most treatment plants in India underperform not because of design but because of operation: an untrained operator, chemicals dosed by guesswork, sludge never removed, a blower running with a torn diaphragm for six months. Our O&M contracts put an engineer behind the plant — trained operators on shift, a process engineer reviewing data weekly, chemicals supplied and optimised, and every result documented for the Pollution Control Board.
We operate plants we built and plants we did not. A takeover begins with a condition audit and a stabilisation period, after which we commit to outlet performance.
Industrial effluent plants — physico-chemical, biological, ZLD.
Housing societies, hotels, hospitals, campuses, IT parks.
Process and boiler-feed water systems.
Evaporators, crystallisers and high-recovery RO trains.
Municipal and remediation plants.
Chemical programmes with monitoring.
Because an engineer, not a labour contractor, is accountable for the outlet. Because chemical and power consumption are measured and reported, not guessed. Because the documentation survives an audit. And because when something breaks at 2 a.m., the person who answers the phone has read your P&ID.
Yes. A takeover starts with a condition audit and a 4–8 week stabilisation period, after which we commit to outlet performance in the contract.
It depends on plant size, technology, shifts and whether chemicals are included. We quote a fixed monthly fee after a site visit — most clients find it lower than their current manpower plus chemicals plus breakdowns.
Yes — monthly reports with all test results, consumption and corrective actions, plus support for consent renewals and inspections.
In comprehensive contracts, yes — outlet parameters are guaranteed for a defined inlet envelope, with penalties and remedies written into the agreement.
Send the plant type, capacity and current issues — we reply with an O&M scope and monthly fee range within one working day.
