Factory-built, tested, delivered and running in weeks — packaged STPs for sites where civil work is slow, space is tight or the plant may move. MBBR or MBR, 5 to 500 KLD, in MSEP, FRP or 20/40-ft containers.
Need treated water on day one, or a site with intermittent flow? See our plug & play electrochemical STP — no biological start-up.
A packaged STP is fabricated and pre-piped in our workshop, tested, and delivered as one or a few modules that need only a plinth, power and sewer connections on site. Delivery 6–10 weeks against 5–8 months for a civil plant; consistent quality; relocatable; and for export, a containerised unit ships as ordinary cargo. Above ~500 KLD or where land is cheap, civil plants regain the advantage — we tell you which side of the line your project sits.
| Model | Capacity | Technology | Construction | Footprint |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| KEE-P 5–25 | 5–25 KLD | MBBR | MSEP / FRP skid | 4 × 2 m |
| KEE-P 50 | 50 KLD | MBBR | MSEP modules | 8 × 3 m |
| KEE-P 100 | 100 KLD | MBBR or MBR | MSEP modules / 40-ft container | 12 × 3 m |
| KEE-P 250 | 250 KLD | MBBR / MBR | Multiple modules | 20 × 6 m |
| KEE-P 500 | 500 KLD | MBR | Modules + civil EQ | on request |
Indicative; every unit is sized to your inlet and reuse target.
Typically 6–10 weeks to dispatch for standard sizes, one to two weeks for installation and commissioning, then 3–4 weeks of biological stabilisation.
MBBR is simpler and cheaper to run — right for flushing/gardening reuse. MBR gives the clearest water and smallest footprint — right for basements, cooling make-up or strict reuse standards.
A level RCC plinth, power supply, inlet sewer and treated-water/sludge connections. For larger units an underground civil equalisation tank may be economical.
Yes — containerised units are built for shipping, with documentation, spares kit and remote or on-site commissioning.
